Latin America's first solar-powered train travels through a stunning 10,000-year-old canyon

Argentina's Tren Solar de la Quebrada, a fully solar-powered luxury train with a 352-kilowatt-hour battery, has been operating for two years on a 26-mile route through Quebrada de Humahuaca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The train carries up to 388 passengers per trip with zero emissions or noise, and roughly one-third of its 90,000+ passengers have accessed the experience through social responsibility programs.
Headline is a little deceptive as there is evidence the canyon was used as a trade route for 10,000 years. The canyon is likely exponentially older than that.
