Cbm-Tech and Namibia's Ohlthaver & List Group have opened a green hydrogen facility in Walvis Bay featuring 5 MW of off-grid solar, a 5 MW electrolyzer, and 5.9 MWh of battery storage across 6.5 hectares with 7,000 solar modules.
Hydrogen produced will initially power dual-fuel trucks and generators; railway and maritime applications remain under development.
