O'ahu's City and County of Honolulu has released its first comprehensive five-year Food Systems Plan, with 10 broad strategies and around 70 specific actions aimed at reducing food insecurity, promoting food sovereignty, and building resilience across the island's natural resources and small food producers.
The plan is in draft form; final adoption by the Honolulu City Council is targeted for the end of the year.
