Twenty-six masterpieces from the Louvre's Islamic art collection will travel to the United States for the first time, opening September 26, 2026, at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Asian Art in Washington, D.C., spanning works created between the seventh and nineteenth centuries from Spain to India, including the Baptistery of Saint Louis and other intricate metalwork and courtly imagery.
On view through January 18, 2027.
