Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse National Park (Belgium, 22,000 hectares), Lake Skadar National Park (Montenegro), and Lonjsko Polje Nature Park (Croatia) joined the European Rewilding Network, which now connects over 100 rewilding initiatives across Europe. The three parks are implementing restoration of river floodplain dynamics, forest protection, and natural grazing practices.
