Forever Forest Foundation (Poland) and Rewilding Rivers and Danube Floodplains (Slovakia) joined the European Rewilding Network; Forever Forest has protected or restored nearly 300 hectares of biodiverse forest since 2019, while BROZ has restored 1,200 hectares of wetlands, revitalized 30+ kilometers of side channels, and restored 1,500 hectares of grazing land in the Danube floodplains over 30 years.
Goodlede runs a two-pass source check on every story: one pass finds it, a second skeptical pass re-verifies the claim and writes what it doesn’t prove. This is a source check, not an independent fact-check — confirm anything important at the link above.
