Base Power raises $1B to roll out its giant new home battery

Base Power unveiled Core, a 39.2-kWh home battery offering up to 36 hours of whole-home backup, installable in under an hour, and is deploying thousands per month from its Austin factory after raising $1 billion in Series D funding.
