Australia's energy market operator reported that 9.1 GW of new solar, wind, and battery generation and storage capacity reached full output in the 2025/26 financial year—more than double the 4.4 GW delivered in the prior year. In the June quarter alone, 3.9 GW across 14 projects achieved full completion, including 400 MW of standalone solar, 2.7 GW of battery storage, and 200 MW of wind.
