Retired professors Dr. Pannalal Goswami and Dr. Nandita Bhattacharya Goswami donated their entire Rs 1 crore (approximately USD 120,000) life savings to Kumar Bhaskar Varma Sanskrit and Ancient Studies University in Nalbari, Assam, on 17 July 2026.
